Baume & Mercier, Bell & Ross, Cartier, IWC, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Oris, Panerai, Ressence, Roger Dubuis, and Vacheron Constantin have all made limited watches for sale on Mr Porter starting this morning as the online retailer celebrates. 10 years in business.
The Richemont dealer released its first high-end watches in 2013, two years after its launch.
Its watch history has grown to 28 watches and clocks with 12 types of accessories.
Buyers today can buy more than 25 weapons out of 15 associated with Mr Porter.
Our 10th Anniversary Watch Collection showcases young and old producers, each with their own story, “said Fiona Firth, Mr Porter, executive director.
“From one brand to about 30, Mr. Porter grew into a computer watch dealer, where our customers can buy their new watch along with more than 550 other brands, and are given the best opportunities, service, diversity of sales and customer expertise,” he added.
Baume & Mercier has developed a 30-dimensional Baumatic 5 Days Chronometer, which uses the impressive BM13-1975A.
Mr Porter’s unique, 40mm metal watch has a green second hand like a forest and a fabric-like belt and his back ring is laser screened to reflect the seller’s 10 years.
In less than 10 pieces, Bell & Ross produced a newly released BR05 chronograph with anthracite gray sunray dial and its smaller chronographs were given a gold inlay. Within a few 3-second seconds, the clock was marked “10” in honor of the anniversary.
Cartier has never done a bit of printing, so Porter’s share is a distraction for Richemont stablemate while making other reputable dealers grind teeth.
The instant switch to the 100 most widely collected pieces using the Arabic clock handwriting instead of the Roman numerals on the wonderfully decorated blue instruments.
The platinum watch comes with 18ct white-gold cufflinks.
The only other one, which I probably dream of in the Richemont staff canteen, is the five-wheel-drive Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso clock delivered to five cities with international construction on closed-loop locks.
The London piece features Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, and 10 of its pieces were sold earlier when WATCHPRO watched it, just two hours after it was sold.
The five Bibles, chosen for their role as the capital of the style world, are New York (Statue of Liberty), London, Paris (Eiffel Tower), Milan (Duomo) and Hong Kong (Central District skyline).
Each watch adopts the Reverso Classic and is made up of 10 pieces.
Oris has made Diver’s Sixty-Five a Caliber 400 clock house, with five days of storage, better than the standard daily COSCs and a 10 year warranty and working time.
With the exception of Mr. Porter, the watch has been provided with a green instrument, a bezel and a belt and a stainless steel case with a gray gun. 200 pieces will be made.
At the time it takes me to write this article, several more Mr Porter commemorative clocks are on sale, among them this Panerai Submersible with black dial and blue ceramic water bezel.
This is not unique to Mr. Porter, but only 500 of the 42mm clock made by Panerai and we are told that the seller won the last 10 from the manufacturer.
The longer this story takes to write, the more I wish I had not started it because so many watches have already been sold, this Ressence of £ 16,000 between them.
Type 1 Slim comes in a titanium box and comes with a green moss connector and matching belt.
The most expensive of Mr Porter’s collections is this Roger Dubuis Excalibur MT, which has been given a special form embedded in its star-shaped bridges and a 10 hour empty sign in recognition of commemorative day.
If this is not obvious for the eye to see, you will not miss the pixelated lapunchy belt.
Only one clock will be manufactured in these records and still exist.
Instead of just printing, Vacheron Constantin has released ten old restored watches from his Les Collectionneurs program developed between the 1940s and 1990s.
Promises range from three high-end calendars to watches wearing avant-garde costumes.
The last watch, and another piece on sale, according to Mr Porter’s website, is a £ 6,550 IWC Pilot’s Chronograph with a brass case, black music and gold-colored furniture with white accents.
Only 110 were made.
Next Mr Porter’s friends bring special watches to their 10th birthday party for the first time on WatchPro.
