It is the final reading of the TAG Heuer Monaco Caliber 12 Chronograph. This is the Final Edition so let’s take a closer look at the clock before it’s too late.
The Monaco Chronograph has always been one of the most recognizable watches from this Swiss watchmaker. Tag Heuer made this contribution long ago and did very well with it. This includes one well-known model worn by actor Steve McQueen for many years with an “engine” upgrade and modification but all appearances remained the same.
Several different types of movement from mechanical to quartz were observed since it was first released in 1969. It underwent several unique and limited changes over the many years of its existence.
One of the most exciting moves to the Monaco team is its runway called Caliber 12. Given that this article is about Monaco’s Final Edition running on Caliber 12, this could be your last chance to have it. This one contains caw211j fc6476 and has a limit of only 1,000 pieces. Let’s take a closer look at the design of the watch before opening the hood to see what’s inside.
The song is gray and curved and has a 6 day window. The hourly notes used are used for all hour notes but the 3, 6, and 9 o’clock positions. The appliqué hour notes are polished and have bright elements in the center.
The hour record is set by a bright dot that is connected to the center of a white, well-printed track in seconds and seconds. This is true for any hourly record except for a 12 o’clock hour note. The ol ‘note is also polished but has a bright red center and is smaller on the top of the mark which is printed in white and in the middle as well as in the middle of the upper half of the song.
Pencil-shaped hands and minutes also have a bright red spot that resembles a 12-hour mark. However, the hands of the hour and the minute also have a red tip and a middle part of the hand with a bright fullness. The large middle hand of the chronograph in seconds is also very red.
The two round dials have a black base and use white printed numbers and indices. The one on the right acts as a small record for seconds.
The 39mm x 39mm stainless steel jacket provides water resistance of 100m / 330ft which is ideal for swimming, cold shower, or overflowing. It has a final combination of polished and polished and even technically and medium-sized, is it not? perfectly four corners as its sides are bent; shaped tonneau (barrel) shape. The flat front and back of the court have polished ends and polished bevels.
Smooth circular chronograph towels can be found on the top and bottom of the polished crown. Plaintiffs have a metal polished surface at the point where they are facing the case.
The front and back of the case use a clear sapphire crystal. The back case is bound by 4 straps and contains some special inscriptions such as list names and a limited edition number. Through the sapphire crystal, you can see the movement of the machine.
Caliber 12 is very well completed and uses the Cotes de Genève lines that ascend the circular ridge. The rotor has three rounded corners on both sides. It also contains black TAG Heuer wordmark, ‘Caliber 12’ and ‘SWISS MADE’. Some plates in the process use Perlage, a circular image.
TAG Heuer Caliber 12 is essential drawing movements with a base of SW300-1 and +/- 40 hours of energy saving. It is a 4Hz clock with a beat of 28,800 VPH with 59 gemstones. It has a chronograph component from Dubois-Depraz which is a well-known choice from many high-end watchmakers.
For watchmakers who are looking at the chronograph section, it is usually the choice of the Dubois-Depraz or ETA 2894-2 section where the integrated part is not the choice. This also helps to keep the watch from being sold and to keep it at a certain price. An additional advantage is that this chronograph is relatively easy to use compared to ETA 2894-2.
The watch comes in a black crocodile leather case with black seam. Inside the ropes is a red cowhide with red skins to match. The alligator leather strap is constructed of stainless steel curved steel bearing the TAG Heuer mark on one side and the Heuer Sign on the other.
